The environmental authorisation contains specific operating periods for the kart tracks. Residents want immediate enforcement, substantially reduced hours and much stricter future operating conditions.

Clarification required
AAU/MA/04/18 uses the terms “winter” and “summer” but the published material reviewed by residents does not clearly identify the calendar dates covered by each period. Residents have recorded activity after 20:00, including in May. Those recordings are published as evidence of operating times while the competent authority is asked to confirm in writing exactly which months or dates apply, rather than as proof of a concluded breach.

- Immediate and consistent enforcement of the 14:00–16:00 mandatory closure
- Substantially reduced overall operating hours, particularly in the evening
- Much stricter conditions to reduce engine, tyre and event noise
- A new acoustic assessment from several affected Sunset Views flats
