The newly disclosed documents do not demonstrate that the complete kart fleet, normal public operation or the track's busiest and noisiest conditions were properly assessed. Until these matters are independently examined, compliance with AAU/MA/04/18 cannot reasonably be treated as established.
We are requesting enforcement of the authorised hours, inspection of the complete fleet, verification of the silencers on every kart, a new representative acoustic assessment and temporary suspension of the activity until compliance has been verified.
