Information and purposes
If you use a site form, we may receive your name, email, residential development, message, incident details, complaint reference and files you choose to provide. We use them to respond, manage updates where you consent, maintain a private record of incidents and evidence, and understand formal reporting. We do not publish personal details, submissions or complaint references merely because they were submitted.
Lawful bases
We rely on your consent to send campaign email updates. We rely on legitimate interests to answer enquiries, maintain private incident and evidence records, and understand reporting relevant to this independent residents' project. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.
Updates and petition signatures
Email updates are sent only when you register for them and may be stopped at any time. Change.org operates the petition independently and does not share petition signers' email addresses with us. To receive our updates, use the separate Updates form. See Change.org's privacy information.
Service providers, retention and rights
Tally processes website form submissions, Cloudflare hosts and secures the website, and Zoho Mail receives and stores project email. We retain information only while it is reasonably needed for the campaign purpose; update subscriptions remain until withdrawal. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, or withdraw consent by emailing us. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
