What the petition asks for

It asks the competent public authorities to examine current operating conditions and evidence, and to take proportionate action where the evidence supports it. It does not make a finding of illegality and it does not demand closure of the business.

Why a petition?

Online council complaints can require a digital certificate and are not equally accessible to part-time residents. The petition provides an easier route to demonstrate the breadth of public concern. A formal complaint remains useful for reporting a specific incident or requesting an official response.
